Day 25 of Humaworm - Is it killing them or what?

I am on Day 25 of Humaworm and for the past week I have felt very weak, flu-like, and haven't been able to sleep (go to bed at 11PM, sleep til 3AM, awake for 3 hours, passed out cold after that for another few hours, wake up feling like death). Is the waking up at 3AM a sign that my liver is in distress from the parasites dying? I somewhat felt this way throughout the course but some days it was better....now I am consistently feeling like crap. I am aware that this is consistent with die-off, but it seems to be lasting a long time. I do an enema every night before bed and sometimes I do pass a few dead worms (mostly sheep liver flukes and ascaris, although in the past before humaworm have passed liver flukes with a liver flush) and also pass a few with my first BM the next day. Also, my urine smells like cat pee, and has for the past few months(since I started taking parasite tinctures/garlic and now Humaworm)...is this a sign that the parasites are dying? Or that they are still alive and producing ammonia? I plan to do a liver flush when I finish the course...will it be a worm fest most likely?
