Smelly urine means something excessive is coming out, I would think. But how to tell what that is, is the hard part.
R.G. has explained that going after our parasites with a herbal cleanser is like catching 12 mice with 8 traps. It may take another round, or more.
(I've done four...I had/have dozens of mice.)
You could take the 'in-between' herbs and spices to keep the populations down, if you wish.
They are: 1/4 tsp daily, of each of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, sage, thyme, garlic, and onions. The powdered spices and herbs from the grocery store will do just fine.
Since they are to be taken with food...you may want to combine the first three and have them with foods that taste good with them...and combine the last five and use them with other foods. It's a matter of personal choice.
None of these herbs and spices, in these amounts, will affect parasite 'resistance'. You may take them for the full three months between rounds of Humaworm, if you wish.
Hu-Mana-Tea is a fine tonic to take at any time. R.G. is proud of this product, too, and sees it as an excellent help to any kind of cleanse.
HumaCleanse is useful, anytime, to help with bowel movement.
As I see it, the Humaworm products were designed to be powerful, but gentle. I think that is accomplished by their organ-supporting ingredients...and by the very tiny amounts of all the ingredients we consume each day.
There are 25 ingredients in each capsule...to me that's a very small amount of each. The very fact that a person feels any reaction at all, is proof positive that the combination is working.
And, each of us, according to what we are harboring, and how many, where, will experience our own particular 'events'...and they will change from day to day...and continue for long after the 30th day's dose.
It has been more than three months since I finished round four. Still, daily, visible things are leaving my body, though I don't 'poke' much.
I keep reaching new levels of feelings of well-being, including the vanishing of some kind of urinary irritation that has plagued me for years...maybe all my life.
I can't tell you how amazing that felt...calm, youthful, in charge of my own body.
Since, I've had slight returns of the irritation, one really bad that lasted a couple of hours, but nothing like before. I sleuth for causes...probably too much acid-producing foods. The urine is supposed to be slightly acid, but too much is too much.
We mustn't forget parasite toxins, the poisons from the breaking down of their bodies, as well as any deposits they laid down over the years in our tissues.
One by one our functions return to normal, perhaps a normal that we haven't felt in years.
Another thing that bothers us is fear of the unknown. But, recognizing 'die-off', for an example, and that we can 'manage' it, makes me feel quite smug, suddenly I know...I have become an 'expert'...at least for me.
If any 'effect' becomes too much to handle, cut back, even stop for a short while...then begin slowly to build up to a regular dose once more.
Don't forget the plain enema, if you need it...or other simple cleansing methods to aid in removing excess toxins.
A headache may be a need for an enema, if you have been slow! Who knew?
I've found it useful to know how quickly food travels through my system. Beets are good for that, or corn, but some critters in the stool LOOK like corn kernels, so you may want to fish one out and see how the rest of it is shaped, if the timing is wrong.
Soon you'll learn how your body functions cleansing and not.
A plain liver flush is good either before a round of Humaworm, or seven days after...I am told. (I am a champion chicken, I know.)
I believe instructions are written on the Humaworm website. See the top of this page for a link.
Personally, I am delighted to have a regular and easy way to keep myself clean, and I'll be doing Humaworm cleanses for the rest of my life.
My best, Legend. You'll do well.
