sorry-- can't resist-- the other name for dandelion, ( teeth-of lion)is
piss en lit, meaning piss the bed. No offence, but I could NOT imagine drinking that much. ( and not noticing much) If it has affected your BM that IS a big something. After all, the bowels remove all the solid waste (dead cells, etc,) from the whole body. There's probably a lot going on on an inner level.


I put mere fingertips on my heels, massaged in. For me, less is more.
