So, you're asking questions not so that you can get an answer, but so that you can respond with your own (incorrect) beliefs?
If rectal trauma leading to fecal matter entering the mucosa were responsible for AIDS, then people would get AIDS every time they had a difficult bowel movement that tore up the mucosa; it would also make no difference whether anal sex involved a condom or not. If you believe either of these to be the case, then you are living in your own world devoid from reality.
I would suggest some basic coursework in physiology, virology, and immunology.
