your proposition sounds inviting. i've been drinking my pee for the last 70 days or so (i would say 50 - 90% of it. when i am at home i always drink it. only when i'm out i don't.) with great effects, although i didn't have any very very serious problmes. but the stuff they write about levelling your moods, feeling happier, lighter, closer to god or whatever - damn it, it's true! i feel like i am on dope all the time. it is soooo cool! the last time i felt like that i was 12!

anyway, back to your plan: which preparations did you have in mind? what kind of preparations can you make before a fast? i mean that's all it is about - just stop eating, right? so i guess the only thing you can do, is get all the stuff out off your refrigerator in order to not be tempted or what were you thinking about?

my problems:
- i am already pretty thin. so after a fast i guess i would vanish. people already - some of them - mistake me for an anorexic. which is not cool. DEFINITELY not cool.
- i eat a lot. i mean the amounts i shuffle in are just insane. so for me, to stop eating would be VERY VERY difficult. the closest i ever got to eating normally or little was a period of maybe 2 - 3 weeks when i ate only raw food or vegetables. without a specific purpose or goal i just started eating super healthy. it was awsome. but then i got back to my PASTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!! YEEAAAAAHHHHH!!

but exactly for the second point i would like to do a fast. because i am 100% sure that just because of my crazy eating habits i am full of mucus, toxins, undigested food and stuff like that. ALTHOUGH i am sure, too, that some of that mess got washed away since i started my pee-adventure. i mean i have had diarrhea for the last 2 months or so. so it's already doing its job.

so, these are my thoughts ....
