Re: Starting JAN 12
Yes it makes sense... Urine and water also can clean pores and then toxins eliminate more effectively.
I did 2
Liver Flushes 3 years ago and it cured my gallbladder stones problem. I had many pains because of them for 9 or 10 years. Sometimes i could eat all kinds of food and all was fine, sometimes i got pain just by eating pasta or something light. :( I even asked doctor what to do and he recommended ultrasound -- and then they would eventually see calcified stones, not all of them, and recommend operation to remove gallbladder -- i know for sure. I am so glad i found information about
Liver Flush on internet, especially this site with all great info. It saved my gallbladder, i am sure of that! Not a *single* 'attack' in 3 (soon 4) years!
I will do some more flushes few weeks after my fast, because 2 probably didnt eliminate all stones, but it worked for me and i didnt feel like i need to do more. You say 8, well maybe its better to do a few, wait a bit and do some more later. Just make sure you wait at least 2 weeks after each flush. Your body needs to rest a bit too. :) But it depends, maybe you can do 8 without problems. I most like original method with
Epsom Salts , so they come out easier. Too much olive oil with no
Epsom Salts is not good for me, i tried this on 2nd flush. It worked ok, but i was all sick of too much olive oil, hehe.
Hulda Clark 's recipe with
Epsom Salt is the best for me.
One nice thing about urine fast - you wont feel any hunger, which is present when you do water fast. About
juicing i dont know, but i think
juicing is more like extreme diet, not a fast, since ketosis (lipolysis) never happens but it sure helps too. They say you dont feel hungry because of alkaline properties of urine and ketones in it. Well i dont know, but it must be something beneficial. Also i read some people do really long fasts on urine, like 40-100+ days. I dont know how safe this is, but maybe you can do longer fast on urine. Huh. :)
