Yes, no more food after Saturday. I will eat more or less light food till then and on Sunday we start! :) Only pee and water allowed. I don't know for how long but we should try 1 week or more. If you don't feel like doing it for so long, its OK. Never force yourself, but first few days are hardest so don't panic when you suddenly stop eating. I mean you will think about food most of the time so it's important to keep strong will.
When i did my first fast (7 days water-only) i was worried a bit after 3 days, since it was unique experience to be with no food for so long, hehe. But then it felt ok and besides detox annoyances i liked it! It's really a great experience.
