Just a few notes here.

Reverse osmosis is just as good as distilled, as long as you change the filter. Distilled is good, but if you have a countertop appliance (like I do) you need to add something to mineralize the water or it will become acidic from the air.

Good oils are fine, but I'm assuming plant oils. Plant oils are CLEANSING oil, but they need a fat that will carry toxins out of the body. Plant oils cannot do that, they are cleaning but the toxins can't go anywhere! What will happen is your skin will get very dry after a while, especially on an organic diet. THis means you are deficient of fat, animal fat in particular.

Anxiety is sometimes caused by too much fruit. Dry to take your olive oil right after you eat fruit.

Cleaned up your mouth, I assume that means removing mercury fillings, if so, then congrats. That's next on my list of things to do.
