Ultraphos opens up the common bile duct so nothing gets caught in it when you do a liver flush. The Epsom Salts opens up the common bile duct, but IMO is not as effective as the Ultraphos. I have gotten stuff caught once in my common bile duct by using just the ES and had to do a back-to-back flush. That confirms what Doc says about the Ultraphos vs the ES. I had some pretty big stones. Nobody knows the size of the stones that will try to come out when you are doing a liver flush, and that is why I, too, would go with and recommend the Coke flush.
The gold coin grass is what I took to dissolve the stones in my organs. It was a mixture of Gold Coin Grass and chanca piedra.
