Although i agree with everything you say there, i wouldnt rule out the adrenals being cured, repairing the adrenals can take around 2 years and improvement you got from the homeopathic drops is good maybe you should have kept on them? or could you only do for a set period of time. Id love to know the ingredients either way.

Poor liver health like you say creates poor adrenals. From what ive been reading and anecdotal evidence shows that good adrenal health can allow you to eat pretty much anything. But then what comes first the adrenals or the liver ill go with liver i think.
