Ahh yes if there causing any sort of pain or irration then you should avoid in my opinion.

My thought on this isnt really leaky gut im not sure how much i believe in leaky although i am supposed to have it.

But last year i was the same any food would cause pain until i did a recreational drug that caused massive BM's on consumption basically it cleaned out all the rotting food matter of my gut and when i ate it was sore. And this is coming from someone who for 2 years every single day i woke up with excruitating pain in my stomach.
