The reason for this is that nuts and seeds should be soaked then dried before eating, also organic. I believe if you eat an ideal "diet" and do some working out(not excessive), then you would reach your ideal weight. Then if you weren't satisfied that would be another issue. By the way, swimming is a great exercise for a great looking body, if you could find a place to swim without chorine. Natural bodies of water are great, also some pools have ozone instead of chlorine.
