HI Megan, sorry to hear that you have been feeling the dreaded panic, not nice I had panic attacks some years ago and I know how bad it can feel. You must be feeling pretty frustrated cos I know that you are putting in so much effort. Like you say though it's a process, everyone is looking for the magic bullet me included but I guess the reality for most of us is the long haul with quite a bit of going backwards and forwards. I feel a bit similar to your good self really I feel like I am going to keep going with the UT because I definitely can see some improvement though not as much as I would have liked.
When I read Martha Christy's book I was hopeful that maybe it would do more then what it has done because she had a lot of the same problems as me. The fact is she probably was much more committed to it then myself. Like I said to you last time I feel like I need to clean up my diet before I up the UT, I am on about 2-3onces a morning at the moment. It's not that my diets really bad I have a glass of wine a night but I don't eat meat and I eat organic veg and juice so on. I am wondering if I should just up it anyway and se what happen. I could always stop if things seem to go back or worse.
I am just wondering if you have tried it on your skin yet. I have found since using it on the skin that my skin is much improved and softer. Also I tried some (as recommended in the book) as a message I just message my stomach and I felt amazingly calm. May be you could try this if you haven't already to see if it helps with the panic.
