How are you doing? Just wondering how UT is going for you...I'm doing alright over here. Some days I only get in one dose, other days it's 2 or 3. I notice I feel better even right after taking it, sort of calmer.

My adrenals are quite stressed, and I guess it takes time to rebuild. Do you know how long it takes with UT? I don't mind doing it as long as it takes. I think I've read with drugs it takes months, so I have to learn to be patient. I have a bit more hair coming back still, but it's not back to what it once was yet. Still...it's going in the right direction now, it's not falling out!

But I've been having panic again these last few days, so it's still up and down. But I think that's how it is with rebuilding, there are things that need to be healed, and I'll still be feeling it as it happens. When I have days when I feel good though, I feel fantastic! and that wasn't how it was before, I'd just feel not unwell, but not great. How's it going for you? I've been wondering how you're doing.
