I am not familiar with symptoms of Mirena but I do know of some people having your problems after using anti-inflammatory medication, even though tinnitis is not listed as a side effect, many people get it from them. Look at other medications you may be taking.
By reading other messages I would say that Mirena can cause the dizziness. I am taking progesterone by mouth and it seems to cause the same symptom Tweet
