Are these symptoms caused by Mirena? - ear ringing and fullness, dizziness

I had the Mirena placed 2 years ago. I didn't have many of the commonly mentioned side effects except for the cramping for the first few days after it was placed. I don't get periods anymore, which I like, and only get the occasional spotting. About 11 months after getting the Mirena, I started experiencing ringing in my left ear and it plugged up (like when the elevation changes, similar to when you go on an airplane) for almost a week and then the dizziness hit for several days and I went to the ER. I had no idea what happened or what caused these problems. I called my doctor after this happened several more times in the following months. The nurse said that none of these symptoms would be caused by the Mirena, so I didn't give it a second thought.

I did notice that there is some blood in my nose, which I never used to have. I've had MRI's and have seen a neurologist.....and the symptoms I have mirror Meniere's Disease; however, there is also no cure. I've had many more of these "episodes" this year, and they are getting to be more frequent. The ringing is now constant, the ear fullness comes and goes weekly, and if I'm lucky, I will have several days free of dizziness. The doctor's don't know what's causing these symptoms and I'm at my wits end. The ringing and ear fullness is annoying, but the dizziness is debilitating.

Although my doctor says it's ok, I'm not really sure if it's healthy that I don't get my periods. I don't know if it's the cause of the problems I'm having, but I am thinking of taking it out.

Has anyone else had any of these symptoms whle having the Mirena? I'm in desperate need of relief.
