Yes it also breaks the ability to deal with Aflatoxins, then they show up in potatoes...no Conspiracy here...move along...nothing to see...

Go back to peeling you potatoes like my grandma did with a pearing knife and throwing a good chunk of the peel (where the toxins hide) out.
