I'm not sure what you mean by "meds". Even excluding HAART (antiretroval combination therapy), there are a lot of options (as I wrote before), but it's impossible for anyone to predict with any accuracy how well any option will work.

When did the lesions first develop (i.e. how long following initial infection), and are you continuing to get new ones? If you only have a few lesions, and if you're not getting any new ones, HAART may not even be the recommended "best option". There are lots of ways to remove lesions, surgical and non-surgical. I see no reason to believe that you have to be stuck with this forever, but it's difficult to give any sort of information specific to you without knowing more about your situation.

The zapper for HIV is total BS - I'd avoid that recommendation like the plague. It's possible Oleander could help HHV-8, but I would avoid buying the formulation Sutherlandia OPC herbal cancer cure because its proponent is untrustworthy (you can make an Oleander soup yourself - DQ has a recipe for that if it's something you think is worth trying). I see no reason to believe that Colloidal Silver would help.
