Alternatives to HAART and other mainstream treatments

If it were me I would rush to obtain some Sutherlandia OPC.  Over 90% effective against cancers in hundreds of patients and 100% effective at reversing CD4 counts and improving health in HIV.

Given that scenario I think that OPC, colloidal silver and nature might offer much better options and I would hasten to give those a chance before heading down the road described by Wikipedia.
