I made some homemade crunch granola with oatmeal, almonds and raisins and a bit of cinamon with the oatmeal sweeten with honey and bake in oven for around twenty minutes so when she calls for 2 T of oats I use this and it is so delicious. I cannot get the oil so here is what I do and I eat this every single morning and makes a big difference in my healing.

1/4 cup of yogurt
2 T. of flax seed ground mix well together.

in separate bowl i put one mashed small bananan, juice of 1/2 small lemon, 2 T. of the granola and 1/2 additional fruit such as peach or pear. Mix together and oh my goodness.
