Colloidal silver and ionic silver are definitely not homeopathic - the more you use of properly made small particle ionic silver of 20 ppm or less concentration, the more effective it is.  I suppose one might call it one of the true rarities - an allopathic substance that has no harmful side effects (despite bogus mainstream claims to the contrary).  Likely that is because silver itself is a naturally occuring element that is found in nature and has been consumed as a trace element for as long as genus homo and other life forms have existed on earth.
