I've been following your threads for a month or so--reading all I can about Iodine supplementing. So, I've definitely heard about your famous Wombat cream! I plan on making some of it when I'm finished healing my skin. I'm looking forward to maintenance and healing when I'm done detoxing.

In answer to your question about other benefits I've had on iodine--I've only been on it one month. Actually, I started at the beginning of June at a very low dosage. That was not good! My breasts were very sore, my skin broke out HORRIBLY (at first, I didn't take the companion supplements and salt flushing--and that was a huge, huge mistake). And I had a lot of other difficulties--so many that I stopped completely to enable my cysts on my face to heal. I was a little scared off at that point.

Then, at the beginning of July, I decided to start dosing at 8 drops and to take all the companion nutrients. The first couple days, I got sore breasts Then, my period came early and was really incredible--SO much bleeding, more than I've ever bled before in my life (and I'm a bleeder). Toward the middle of my period, I seemed to slough off some cyst or something from my uterus (sorry to be gross)--when I changed a tampon a weird fleshy mass with a blood blister in the middle came out. Wow. (I had an abortion a few years ago, so perhaps I was detoxing from that?? I've also had a couple ovarian cysts in my life--maybe it was one of those?)

I've had a foggy mind for a while (I believe this is related to candida, which I'm curing now, thanks to iodine). During my first week at 8 drops (July 1-8), I didn't feel much clearer in my head like so many people claim. So I upped my dose to 16 drops (July 9). My mind has been slow to clear, but I definitely feel a difference. My energy has been pretty good for a while now, so I haven't noticed much of the euphoria that so many here claim to experience (sigh). 16 drops has been fine. I got a huge cyst, but just one and it has mostly cleared now. About a week into this higher dose, I got a dull ache in my solar plexus area for about 2 days--right where people do the mesentery painting (July 16). (Soon after, I tried mesentery painting but I really didn't feel anything, so I stopped.)

Um, what else? As I mentioned before, my skin is healing at an incredible speed. When I break out minor (regular) Acne (like I have my whole life), the Acne clears in a few days, if that. (It used to take several weeks for the sores to clear.) The bottoms of my feet--all of the calluses--are peeling off and I'm getting fresh skin like I had when I was younger. (I'm not sure if it's related to Iodine or the fact that I recently started drinking distilled water.)

My gray hairs aren't turning brown yet. Maybe they're next! I hope so.

Oh, and the first week or so on Iodine my eyes really watered, like they were drying out. And then they cleared and the whites became super white--so white that people commented on them (they've always been a little bloodshot).
