raw egg yolks are great, i eat at least one everyday. packed with nutrients - vitamins A and D, lecithin, omega 3 fats, minerals, etc. i dont do any kind of milk personally but i know a few people who swear by raw milk.
do you eat fresh ground flax seeds? its super nutritious and great for the bowels and the nerves. if you germinate the flax seeds overnight they form mucilage which stimulates the bowels.
