I read an article about intaking raw milk, raw egg yolk and strawberries as a health drink for toxic nervous system (which i have), gastrointestinal problems, malnutrition, and underweight problems. I read that RAW is best but isnt raw milk and raw eggs mucus foods? And I read that egg yolk is packed with lecithin which is good for liver and bile and high in biotin===good for you right?
where do one get there probiotic intake? store bought PLAIN yogurt?
since i do not have time for making kefir please do not request this.
