Re: Brain fog-lecithin and Apple cider vinegar
Please forgive me for being so late answering your question. There are days when my pain is so severe I cannot sit at the computer for very long. One thing that does seem to help the pain , and I feel, keeps the circulation strong is a tonic of one tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, two teaspoons of honey, about six drops of cayenne tincture (or 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne powder) and a drop of Lugol's solution (iodine). The iodine is optional, but it does seem to be important in the drink. Mix all this in a cup of pure water and drink two or three times a day. The vinegar and cayenne help circulation. The honey helps with mineral absorption, plus it adds minerals itself. The iodine is used in most systems in the body.
Good circulation helps the body move out toxins. MAny people see MS as an auto-immune disease. It seems logical that the more you do to cleanse your body and strengthen your immune system, the better chance you will have to halt the degeneration of your nerves.
We may be worlds apart in distance, faith and other things, but you are in my prayers. I also pray others will be able to give you the answers you seek.
