Re: Brain fog-lecithin and Apple cider vinegar
Hi mo, I have been following your posts through several forums since I mistakenly stumbled on a forum I don't read and found the owner being quite cruel to you concerning your faith. I wondered if you would stay at Curezone or think all of us were like that. Anyway, I have heard you mention parasites several times. There are some common foods that are reputed to irritate parasites, they include raw pumpkin seeds, brown rice, garlic and raw pineapple. The classic herbs used in parasite cleanses here in the U.S. (you are in Jordon, right?) are black Walnut hulls, wormwood and cloves. Oil of Oregano and grapefruit seed extract are also said to help. If you are able to juice, I suggest you juice some carrots and have two or three glasses of carrot juice a day, this might also ease the symptoms of your MS over a period of months.
I don't know how many of these elements you can find in your country, but hopefully there will be enough things to get you started. Meanwhile, do not forget your native remedies. There is a great deal of wisdom in the old ways.
Avoid all refined sugar and all sugar substitutes. I have read that Aspartame (sold as "Equal" here) can cause symptoms that mimic Multiple Sclerosis, yet I used to do respite care for a lady who had MS and was told by her doctor to drink diet Dr. Pepper. Do what you can to keep your colon clean, and liver flushes can also help rid the body of parasites.
Very few of us have simple, easy to solve, health problems. More often than not it will take a variety of cleanses, supplements and dietary changes to finally achieve good balanced health. Keep researching, don't go for anything to far out, and do all you can safely do and afford. I believe the body will be self-healing when it becomes properly balanced in its needs. This does not happen overnight and maintaining balance is a lifetime life style. Don't give up; and please, keep sharing your discoveries, improvments and questions with us.
By the way, cider vinegar, raw honey and cayenne makes an excellent blood toner and cleanser. Lechithin will aid your liver and digestive system and help that brain fog.
