I have bad brain fog but today was good. I took double what I had been taking of lecithin which is 2 large capsules mixed in a tablespoon of yogurt as I do not take geletin caps so squeeze the med out of caps. Afterwards I took 1 t of raw apple vinegar with a half glass of water and for the first time, I was able to get thru the day with minimum problems. My enegry level has increased also.
