Miracle-Mineral-Supplement for a specific application too...
You should also have data available to help you hone in on your specific application.
ClO2 works the same inside the body as it does outside the body as far as contact time goes. You need a specific concentration to be in contact with the pathogen for a specific amount of time in order to kill it.
Outside the body, we are generally dealing with static conditions. Inside the body is a dynamic condition, and that adds a lot of complexity to things.
Going back to my wilderness water illustration, I can fill a bottle of water from a stream and have a very good idea what is needed to purify it. However, if I set out to purify the whole stream, I have a much more complex situation. If I want to purify the whole stream and not do any harm to the aquatic life in the stream, I am approaching the complexity involved within the body, but it is still different.
If you drink a solution that has a high concentration of free ClO2 in it, you will end up with the ClO2 getting further down your digestive tract before it is used up. A 1 PPM free ClO2 solution will probably see the free ClO2 used up by the time it gets to the back of your tongue. Higher concentrations will make it further, and at some point you end up vomiting or having diarrhea.
Now you can change activation solutions, add juice to use up some of the free ClO2, or take it after eating something, or eat something after taking it. Or, you can just pay attention to the concentrations and avoid making yourself ill.
This pretty much takes care of the free ClO2, but now we enter the unknown. How much available ClO2 is needed to fight disease...? How does chlorous acid behave inside the body? and so on...
