Hole yourself up (if you can) in some private room and just let the tears flow and flow - think of all the poisons that are coming OUT of your body through those emotional tears -
then cry some more!
I no longer get headaches when I cry, and I used to get some doozies!
Excedrin used to be a "normal" part of my weekly "supplementation".
Now I can't remember WHEN I had an Excedrin, nor "needed" one!
