Very itchy

I have always been itchy on and off for a year and a half but since yesterday, my itching started to pick back up again. Today, it is much worst. My lower back, shoulders and arms are itching. It feels almost like bugs biting. I just recently started taking a product called candistroy and I have been taking coconut oil and garlic for about 3 1/2 weeks. Today when I ate a garlic, the itching started to get worst.

Does this sound like die off from the candistroy? I have also been considering treatment for parasites as well. Could it be parasites? if so, what should i take?
