Re: Hem-Relief Testimonial

Hey painpainpain and Dorchester. I've been using Hem-Relief for about 5 years now and have spent a lot of time talking with the owners of Western Herbal who make Hem-Relief. I guess for some people, two caps 3 times a day is not enough - when I get a flareup, I usually take 4 caps 3 times a day. Hem-Relief has never failed to bring complete relief within a day or two for me and I've also noticed, since I started using it, that my flareups are both less frequent and less severe when I do get them. I have two brothers and a cousin who get hemorrhoids, too, and have recommended Hem-Relief to them. My cousing and one of my brothers swear by it - the second brother admits that he hasn't been "religious" about using it, but doesn't have them as bad as the rest of us to begin with.

Also, I guess using over the counter stuff can mess things up for you. According to the folks at Western Herbal, most of these products contain a yeast ingredient which I guess can actually make things worse. I did some research on this online and everything I found indicated the same thing - that crap like Prep H can make hemorrhoids worse and should be avoided like the plague.

In addition to the Hem-Relief, I've been using A&D ointment for immediate relief. It's used for baby diaper rash, so it's extremely safe. It won't get rid of the hems, but it helps a lot with the itching and burning and doesn't interfere with Hem-Relief's benefits. I've also tried using a witch hazel solution which works pretty well for the itching, but it can sting pretty good when you first apply it. I've been told that's because of the alcohol content and to look for a witch hazel solution that doesn't contain alcohol. I guess Thayers has a couple, but I haven't presonally tried them yet.

As for Venapro - I highly discourage this product. I tried it before I finally found Hem-Relief, got absolutely no results, and was unable to get a hold of them to take them up their money back guarantee. I've seen quite a few people report similar experiences with them online. That's the biggest thing that has made me a Hem-Relief customer for life - their customer service is awesome - like I said, I've spent a lot of time talking with the owners at Western herbal and they've been so helpful. They really are their to help. In fact, Dorchester, you should try giving them a call if you aren't seeing fast results with Hem-Relief. They can probably help you out.
