Re: Hem-Relief Testimonial

Hey 'painpainpain', thanks for your response and update...glad to hear of your progress. I went ahead and ordered the Hem-Relief (figured "what the heck!") and am trying it now...taking 3 capsules 3 times a day with food. I got four bottles, one was free. Will be a week tomorrow, but so far, no relief. Just high hopes. Sigh.

Have had some pretty incapacitating days (today was one of them) and have to still do all the other "methods" (warm baths, over-the-counter treatments, etc.). I think you do whatever you can. I have ever hemorrhoid ointment I could find at Wal-mart. Am also increasing fiber and water intake and will start working on my exercise regime. Have heard about Venapro too, as well as others...I guess you keep trying till something works but, like you indicate, I don't think Hem-Relief or any other pill out there is going to necessarily be the answer by itself...maybe only in conjunction with everything else or as a preventative. I do web search to find out how others are dealing and what they are trying out (oh...how far we have fallen!). I just need to be able to get through a day or a night without excruitating pain. Aaarrgh! A good day is being able to sit down!!

It is amazing how many people are dealing with this issue. For others out there, I seriously doubt if any one product will really do what it says it will do, but maybe a combination of products, plus commonsense (fiber, exercise, lots of water) will speed relief. Anything to avoid a surgical intervention.

This will be a serious subject of discussion with my doctor during my September visit.
