Actually, you made your post when both the moderators were out of town for my cousin's big 50th birthday blowout. We are only just now back in town and on the internet, so give us a bit.

Three observations:

You are freaking way out beyond what is called for
Antiacids and pills are not likely to be the answer
Surgery is not at all indicated from what you posted

Beyond that - hang in there. You will likely be just fine in time. Now, I will see what I can find for you.
