Thank you for all your responses. I am happy that I have discovered this forum and the suport and advice that I can get from it. I ahve done some fasting in the past but I have never used it nas a way to lose weight and I gur=es it will be a trial and error as to what works for me. I will be going to the Docter regualrly to be monitored. I have found that I eat healthy foods in moderation on the days that I do eat because I do not want to undo what I have accomplished during my days of fasting. I have fast, eat, fast eat, only for a few weeks and I an wondering if this would be a good way to go over a longer period of time. As opposed to longer fasts of 3-10 days. or juice fasts. I feel like I can make short fasts with eating days a life long regimen. So for those that have lost weight this way, I would love to hear more of your advice and success stories!
