Being a Veg

I wouldn't consider myself a vegetarian, it's just that I don't eat meat. Take me to dinner and order me a great steak, salad, baked potatoe and rolls and I would be happy to eat all of it except the steak. I just feel lighter when I don't eat meat. My eating habits are simple. My jutapostion is that I hate most vegetables. So, I blend them in the blender with a sweetner like a banana, apple or blueberries and drink my veggies for breakfast. I get a great kick start with veggies and fruits in the morning. I always have a huge salad during the day that incorporates some veggies that I do like such as beets, artichoke hearts, tomotoe, a few pecans and topped off with feta cheese. The dressing is EEOV and a splash of basalmic vinegar. Delish! It's not hard being a non eat meater. Eat whatever you like. Make it simple. Sometimes I like a deli sandwich which I'll eat but then I go back to just not eating meat. That's why I don't consider myself a vegetarian. Life is too short to think hard about such things. My mantra is if it's alive and natural that grows in the earth it's meant to be good for me. Just stay out of the center aisles of the grocery store and you'll be just fine. But splash a little, if you want to eat a steak, eat a steak and enjoy. Relax....
