Chris suggested getting a rebounder to me, and I think he said vitamin C would benefit, up to 6g a day. I have lost about 80
pounds so far, doing ok, and not done much exercise. Others here have posted pics of wrinkles disappearing. There are tales of pregnancy stretch marks vanishing and so on. The skin on my face seems to have tightened up OK, quite a lot of weight loss there, though lots more weight to lose on my torso.
I have another 60
pounds or so to go, so will be monitoring this carefully. My method will be to combine exercise while eating with rest while fasting.
If my maths is correct, the most rapid change in body surface area per pound lost happens when you are at your lightest, so I think this problem, if it occurs, will be in a few months for me. Watch this space.
