Try the Neti Pot to start with as suggested if you don't use one by now, but it does take some getting use to as it is a strange feeling using it..Use it everyday a few minutes before going to bed. This has helped for me and when I don't use it my wife says that I snore but not as bad. Cut out or back on using milk or milk products as it plugs up the sinuses. Or you can just find a person who doesn't snore or use separate bedrooms..Cheers..Noodj
