chrisb1: I always enjoy your post so much. I get my b12 from flax seed. just did a test and the minimum was a rating of 400 and the high was 800 and I had 681. I eat flax twice a day with a 1/2 cup of raw goat yogurt drained of the whey. I eat no animal products at all. Well maybe once in a blue moon.

As a Muslim we fast with no water or food from sunrise to sunset. Which is better for the body a water fast or a fast with nothing till sunset?
