Thanks for the tip for increaseing B12 naturally by 1/2 cup of yogurt and flaxseed oil. I experimented with boiled okra and i felt no different. Since this morning I have been soaking okra in flaxseed and will drink that before bed followed by my acidophilus. I love Okra! and the reason for the okra is because its helps in healing leaky gut and prevent malabsorption while releasing enzymes for food to digest. It is also high in folic acid and B6 which is reason why people get protein indigestion and low stomach acid.
