Candida is an internal problem also so using the cream may help to ease the discomfort, however you may want to consider using Allicin topically and internally.
I think you will have much better results.

This link mostly talks about using powdered Allicin. Six drops of Allimed is 450mg pure and stable allicin.
Six drops of Allimed contains the same amount of allicin as 150 cloves of garlic.

Using Kefir is an excellent way to retore internal flora.
