Hi Ana...I did a variation of the Clark program for the Liver Flush and I really only did 8 days of The Master Cleanse with Bentonite and psyllium (which is bowel cleansing) before I did the liver flush. I haven't done the kidney flush, but it sounds like the Master-Cleanse is good for the kidneys. I have read of stones far bigger than mine and most people say that they don't feel any pain passing them. Some are an inch around, apparently! woah. It sounds like you're on the right track, Ana. You're starting with the parasite cleanse, then doing the bowel, then the liver flush? Great idea. It sounds like you're on your way to Health! excellent.
