HEY Tracey--

Should I also be taking Flax Oil? I am taking the Bentonite and Psyllium. And how much Flax Oil should I be adding of this to mix with my 1 T Bentonite and 1 teasp Psyllium Shakes???
Also regarding the Salt water oral enema--is this Epsom Salts or Sea Salt s?
OH I haven't quite stopped eating. Will begin my Ultimate Fast on 1 December. Sort of beginning on the New Moon, first day December AND nearly the eclipse...good way to keep track of fasting days too...SO Maybe I will Finally be getting some of those Rubber Mucoid Ropes!!!
