We combined hyper-concentrated versions of these mushrooms into CollaGenius 2.0

You can cut out the Silica if you use Lugol's and some Aluminum chelator like Mag. Malate.

I used Horsetail and Nettle for decades to help me out and have no further need for it since the Aluminum/yttrium balance in my body now favors yttrium.
