Re: Does anyone know if it hurts to get Mirena Removed???

I had absolutely no pain or discomfort when Mirena was inserted or taken out. I will tell you though that I have a high tolerance for pain and went through natural childbirth twice without much pain so I may not be the right person to give advise about it! I am guesssing that if it hurt going in, it would hurt coming out. But the relief you'll have afterwards will be worth the pain of having it removed. I can assure you of that!
