Re: Doing multiple "cures", using lots of energy when fasting.

Thanks Chris, that was my gut feeling, it is reassuring to know that Shelton agrees. So I would think the best detox fast is one that is well prepared for (ie having plently of good quality reserves) and one that has maximum amount of rest - and plently of sunlight of course. Would I be correct to assume that such a well prepared for and rested fast would go on for longer, and have greater benefits?

Reason I ask is because I would like to try a detox fast in the future, probably to completion, but after I finish my fasting for weight loss. My thinking is that I want to be as fit and healthy and as well prepared as I can be, and in my mind that is when my body has already been primed up with good food, healthy reserves and so on. Probably you and others will agree, I think.
