I can't tell you how much I appreciate your responses. I feel as though I'm drifting off to see, with no hope in sight.

I've done the Hulda parasite cleanses. I can't take some supplements, because they must have some gluten or something and I have a reaction.

I'm very intrigued...what are B&P Shakes???? I don't know that I've hear of this. I have done fasts.
