Try to change your diet and to cleanse your body!

Eliminate sugar, coffee, fried foods, margarines, Aspartame, MSG, ...

Increase Raw foods and decrease cooked foods in your diet.

Eliminate all sweets and deserts that have been heat treated (in other words only sweet food in your diet should be: Fruits, Vegetables, nuts, fruit & vegetable juices (freshly pressed ONLY))

parasites cleanse, dental clenup, kidney cleanse & liver cleanse (several liver flushes).

You can do all those lifestyle changes without your doctor, and without any health risk.

If you choose "functional endoscopic sinus surgery", it may not be the sollution of your problem, but you may suffer some other health problems as a result of surgery.

Surgery is always very radical procedure, and you should first try to fix your problems by improving your health!
