Fall asleep with low pressure weather (rain or not)

When a "cloud comes over", rain or not, I can't hold my head up. (Driving any distance is impossible here in New England where the weather changes constantly and I am worse in Philly when I go home to visit my parents). Only Dr. to take me seriously is ENT who recommends I take my chances on "functional endoscopic sinus surgery". Any other ideas out there? Thanks, Linda
