I know the whole deal about "dead juices" from the grocery store not being ideal, but I dont live in an ideal world. I dont have the money to buy a juicer or the means or transportation to be able to buy a lot of different produce to make my own juice. For the past week, I have fasted every other day consuming only water and soy milk on fasting days. I did very well with that.
At this point in my fasting journey, I just want to consume some liquid on fasting days that offers a few calories and at least some kind of nutrition, because a complete Water Fast would be too extreme for me right now. I'm not really doing this to detox. Just lose weight. I will work up to Water Fasting eventually for detoxing purposes.
