I'm a great believer in Reflexology. Go to the libruary I get a couple of books by different authors... Mildred Carter I find good. She writes with her daughter Tammy Weber. You need more than one to help you realise that everyone sees things a bit differently, & all are someones opinions & experiences.

I find the medical authors can sound pompus & their way is the only way.

I use anything that is appropriate to massage area's. (Smooth round Bic pens to roll along the side of my feet and between & up the toes.
I have used marbles, cut those wooden back massagers (wooden balls with 3 or 4 dowling legs & these have small balls on the end)
I cut the dowling about 1' & one smaller, then I sandpaper the cut end so its smooth & rounded.
If I couldnt reach my feet I would get a long piece of dowling & insert it into the large ball. Be inventive.
I have managed to twist some of the legs out of their hole which would make it easier to glue in your long length of dowling.

Instead of worrying about your health Say "THIS TOO WILL PASS" & I DO THE RIGHT THING AT THE PERFECT TIME.
When you inject fear or worry into anything this adds up to the fact that YOU DONT HAVE FAITH in your bodies ability to heal itself so you continue to undermine your health.
I'm well into my 60s & still sit for hours (at my computer) sitting on my legs & they say thats naughty...if we believe all we are told we wouldnt get far.
Learn to hear your INNER INTUITION.
